If
your envelopes require an application of spray-fixative
before they will hold the ink well,
a charge of 0.20 per envelope will be added to the final
bill. Most envelopes will work wonderfully without any
spray-fixative or other special preparatory process. However,
some envelopes--particularly those "too-good-to-be-true"
bargain envelopes--may need one or more coats.

Late
additions or changes to a guest list will, of course, be
accepted and finely lettered. Additions or changes that
arrive before I've completed your project will be
billed at twice the usual per piece rate to cover the additional
time and attention needed to process them. Late additions
that come in after I've already packaged or return shipped
your project to you will be billed at twice the usual per
piece rate, plus regular shipping and handling.

PAYMENT
A
25% non-refundable deposit is required to book the calendar time
for your calligraphy. The balance is due upon presentation of
the completed project. Pick-up and delivery of calligraphy is
included free of charge for local clients. You will receive a
detailed estimate of your calligraphy costs before work begins
and a detailed invoice at presentation.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before lettering can
begin. Once you and I have completed a detailed estimate of the
cost and calendar time necessary for your project and
after we have exchanged email confirmation of your booking, please
send 50 % at that time to secure your project. (If you're booking
your time and plan to ship your paper stocks to me within that
same week, you may include your 50% deposit in that same package.)
As I near completion of your lettering, I will send you a detail
invoice of the balance. The completed project will be shipped
to you upon receipt of the final payment.
